UPDATE: Windsor house fire displaces two, causes $200K in damage

Windsor firefighters say two people are looking for a place to live after a house fire Thursday night near the airport.

Windsor Fire and Rescue crews were called around 5 p.m. to the home on Calderwood Avenue near Kamloops Street. It was declared out a short time later.

Windsor police and paramedics were assisted at the scene.

Fire officials said Friday afternoon that two people were displaced and the cause is undetermined. Damage is estimated at $200,000.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
