The declaration was made on December 20 after three patients on the unit tested positive for the virus.
If no other cases are identified the outbreak will be rescinded on December 28, 2023.
The hospital has reimplemented a masking policy to protect staff and patients from the spread of respiratory diseases.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
