Police make arrest in arson investigation

Windsor Police have taken a 28-year-old woman into custody and charged her in connection to an arson investigation.

On December 4, a vacant home on Riverside Drive went up in flames causing about $400,000 in damages.

Investigators determined the fire was intentionally set.

Last week, police released a photo of a suspect in the investigation hoping someone could help identify them.
