Windsor police seek pair in retail thefts

Windsor police are turning to the public for help in identifying two men suspected of repeated theft from a Walker Road business.

Investigators say the pair entered the store on Walker Road near Ottawa Street on three different occasions between December 17 and December 23. Each time, they concealed items and then left the store without paying.

Police have released surveillance camera images of the suspects and have asked the public to take a look. Investigators have also asked the men to turn themselves in.

Anyone with information should call Windsor police at (519) 255-6700, ext. 4000. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 255-TIPS (8477) to be eligible for a cash reward.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
