Lakeshore OPP investigate North Woodslee arson

The Ontario Provincial Police is looking for a light-coloured SUV after a fire in Lakeshore almost a week ago.

Firefighters were called to a home on Oriole Park Drive in North Woodslee around 12:30 a.m. on January 4, where a vehicle was on fire.

No one was hurt, but the fire destroyed the vehicle and damaged the house.

Police concluded someone set the fire intentionally.

A review of security camera footage in the area showed the SUV in the area at the time of the fire.

Police ask anyone who recognizes the vehicle to call the Essex County OPP at 1-888-310-1122, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, or leave a tip online at www.catchcrooks.com.
