Charges after man allegedly kicks down neighbour's door

A 44-year-old man faces charges after a fight between neighbours on Sunday morning.

Windsor Police responded around 7:30 a.m. to a home on Roseville Garden Drive near Charlie Brooks Court after a man allegedly threatened his neighbours during an argument.

After words were exchanged, the man was accused of kicking in his neighbour's front door and assaulting an occupant inside.

The suspect is charged with aggravated assault, break-and-enter, uttering death threats, and mischief under $5,000.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
