Suspect linked to 13 alleged thefts

Windsor police are looking for a suspect linked to a string of thefts at local pharmacies this month.

Investigators connected the suspect to 13 separate incidents of theft at four pharmacies between April 2 and April 14.

It's believed the suspect stole up to $1,000 in merchandise during each incident. He also became aggressive towards staff who attempted to intervene.

Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call the Windsor Police Service Target Base Unit at 519-255-6700, ext. 4350.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
