Teen killed in motorcycle collision

Windsor police are looking for witnesses to a collision that killed a 19-year-old motorcycle driver.

The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. Sunday on Dougall Avenue near the E.C. Row Expressway.

Officers learned that a car tried to turn left onto the expressway from Dougall Avenue and collided with a motorcycle in the oncoming lane.

The driver of the car stayed on the scene after the collision.

The 19-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead after arrival at the hospital.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information or video footage of the incident is asked to contact the Windsor Police Traffic Enforcement Unit at 519-945-9645, ext. 221.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
