Police renew appeal for tips in fatal motorcycle crash

Windsor police have continued to investigate a fatal motorcycle crash this past Sunday night.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. on Dougall Avenue near the E.C. Row Expressway.

Police learned that a car tried to turn left onto the expressway from Dougall and collided with a motorcycle in the oncoming lane.

The 19-year-old motorcyclist died at the hospital. The driver of the car stayed on the scene.

Police have once again appealed for witnesses to the crash.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
