The eastbound lanes and one westbound lane closed for emergency repairs Wednesday morning.
The roadway buckled in the heat late Tuesday afternoon.
The county reopened the road completely shortly before 3:30 p.m.
Drivers are being thanked for their patience as the matter was resolved.
