"The clerk scanned my ticket and told me the OLG would be calling in a few minutes," the Tecumseh man said. "She was dumbfounded!"
Ford, a retail worker, said he always plays Encore. He's bought lottery tickets for the past decade.
He matched all seven numbers in the exact order in the March 25 draw.
Ford plans to travel and invest his winnings.
He purchased his ticket at the Zehrs on Manning Road.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
