Pickleball tournament to support Youth Wellness Hub

The Canadian Mental Health Association- Windsor-Essex County Branch is hosting a pickleball tournament to raise funds for the Youth Wellness Hub.

The Raise a Racket Pickleball Tournament will be held on Saturday, July 27 at Forest Glade Optimist Park.

"This event not only promotes a healthy, active lifestyle through the sport of pickleball but also supports the Youth Wellness Hub's mission to nurture and empower our young people. We encourage everyone to join us for a fun-filled day that makes a real difference in our community," said Kim Willis, director of communications and mental health promotion with the CMHA-WECB.

The Youth Wellness Hub offers counselling, health education, recreational activities and support programs for youth aged 12-25.

The all-ages tournament will also feature refreshments, a raffle and information booths about the Youth Wellness Hub and its services.
