Windsor Police arrest suspect for making threats, again

Windsor Police thank the public for helping them locate a suspect wanted on an arrest warrant for threatening a person with a gun.

Police say 21-year-old Jordan Hickmott was released from custody on July 10 after he was convicted of uttering death threats. The court ordered him to stay away from the victim.

He had been free just hours before he allegedly ignored the court order, travelled to the same person's place of work, and threatened them again. The victim wasn't hurt, but police issued the warrant for Hickmott's arrest for pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm while prohibited, and uttering death threats.

Police arrested Hickmott on Tuesday at a house on Rossini Boulevard between Franklin Street and Metcalfe Street.
