Humane Society reopens veterinary clinic

The Windsor Essex Humane Society has reopened its veterinary clinic after temporarily closing it on July 12.

A statement from WECHS indicated their veterinarian was"away from the workplace."

The clinic reopened Thursday however their focus was rebooking appointments that had to be cancelled. They are asking people not to call the clinic to book new appointments.

Public services will be reopened slowly.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
