Windsor Assembly Plant now accepting worker referrals

Employees at Stellantis' Windsor Assembly Plant have an opportunity to refer a friend or loved one for potential employment.

The plant, which builds the Chrysler Pacifica and Grand Caravan minivans, is currently accepting referrals for hourly team members.

Possible plant employees must be 18 or older, legally able to work in Canada, have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent, and be available to work any shift, plus Saturday overtime.

Employees are allowed only one referral each, and should notify the person they are referring about their intentions and get their permission to be contacted by Stellantis.

A referral does not necessarily mean the person will be called for an interview or even hired. Referred people who are contacted by Stellantis will be required to follow the standard hiring protocols.
