The Ontario Provincial Police were called to the marina on Lake Street around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers found that a driver had struck a parked security vehicle.
The 39-year-old was charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
