Missing Lakeshore woman found safe

The Ontario Provincial Police in Lakeshore say a 59-year-old woman who her family had not seen for a week has been found in good health.

The woman was reported missing on July 30. The OPP issued a public alert on August 7.

On Wednesday, police announced the woman had been located. Her photo and description have been removed to protect her identity.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
