Palestinian march happening in Windsor

A march in support of Palestine is happening Sunday in Windsor.

The group ‘Windsor4Palestine’ is hosting the event to call out what they believe has been a genocide against Palestinians by Israel over the past year.

Monday marks one year since the terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel which reportedly killed over 1,100 people.

According to CBC, Gaza's Health Ministry reported on Sunday at least 41,870 people in Gaza have been killed in the past year. They did not clarify how many were civilians and how many were militants.

The Windsor march will start at 5:30 p.m. at the Great Canadian Flag.
