LaSalle's Truck or Treat ready to go on October 26

Halloween may still be a few weeks away, but it's not too early to consider your plans, and the Town of LaSalle hopes you'll consider coming to the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex.

That's where the town is hosting its 2024 LaSalle Truck or Treat for young goblins, ghouls and princesses.

On Saturday, October 26, the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex will be the place to explore an exciting lineup of unique vehicles, including emergency and construction vehicles.

Candy will be available on tables throughout the event for children to collect.

The LaSalle Fire Service will also accept donations of new, unwrapped toys for its Sparky's Toy Drive, which distributes gifts to needy families over the holidays.

Admission is $3 per child. It's free for parents and guardians.

The event starts at noon and ends at 4 p.m.
