Request for Proposals sought for new Pathway 2 Potential program

The City of Windsor and the County of Essex are looking for organizations to implement a new program in the region's targeted priority neighbourhoods.

The Neighbourhoods Program focuses on making social investments in neighbourhoods experiencing economic hardship and reduced overall quality of life. The goal is to implement the new program between 2025 and 2028 and create resilient communities.

The targeted neighbourhoods are in Windsor, Leamington, and Amherstburg.

Neighbourhood leads will activate resources, generate social capital within each neighbourhood, and empower residents.

The program is part of the Pathway to Potential Windsor-Essex Poverty Reduction Strategy 2024-2028, Strengthening Priority Neighbourhoods.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, November 22, at 11:30 a.m.
