The Town of LaSalle is working on its Parks, Recreation, and Culture Master Plan, and a big part of that effort is learning how you like to play.
The plan will guide development for the next five years, with a vision that extends to 2050, when the population of LaSalle is expected to reach 50,000.
"We want to know how you use parks, recreation, and cultural facilities and how we can improve public spaces, services, and programs for current and future generations," said Director of Culture and Recreation Patti Funaro.
There are three ways residents can give feedback until Friday, December 6.
For those who want to express their thoughts in person, an open house at the Vollmer Centre on Thursday, November 21, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. is planned.
The town has also set up an online survey. The survey will be active until December 6, but you can also email Parks and Recreation with your comments.
There's also the option of dropping written comments off at the LaSalle Civic Centre or the Vollmer Centre.
The Master Plan explores amenities such as indoor pools, gyms, and arenas, outdoor sports fields, playgrounds and splash pads, parks, programs, and service delivery.
