The 29-year-old was last seen in the Town of Essex around Talbot Street South and Wellington Avenue Saturday around 7 p.m.
Police reported on Sunday evening that he was found safe.
The OPP would like to thank the public and the media for their help in resolving this matter.
The certificates can be purchased online, or in person at the tourism office at 1455 Venetian Boulevard in Point Edward.
