After almost two months of preparations in Jackson Park, Bright Lights Windsor opens Friday night.
The gates open at 5:30 p.m. Opening ceremonies with Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens start an hour later.
Dilkens will plug in the lights to illuminate a 64' Christmas tree and all the lights in the park.
The public is invited to enjoy the display and a new chalet every evening from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. until January 7.
