Suspects wanted in home invasion investigation

Windsor police are looking for two suspects who broke into an east Windsor home and assaulted a resident.

Police were called to Ford Boulevard near Raymond Avenue just after midnight Tuesday for a report of a home invasion.

Investigators learned two men entered the home around 9 p.m. and assaulted a resident. The victim had minor injuries.

The first suspect is described as a White man with a slender build and about 5'8" tall. He was wearing a dark jacket and black face mask at the time of the offence.

The second suspect is described as a White man with blue eyes, a slender build and around 5'10" tall. He was wearing a black tracksuit, ba lack face mask and a Detroit Tigers hat.

Residents in the area are asked to check their surveillance footage between the hours of 8:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on December 9 for evidence that may help with the investigation.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
