A 61-year-old driver from Kingsville was killed in the two-vehicle crash.
The Ontario Provincial Police were called to Manning Road near Baseline Road around noon Wednesday.
One driver was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
Anyone with information about the collision is asked to contact the Tecumseh OPP.
