Arrest warrant issued for man involved in Windsor shooting

Windsor Police are looking for a 21-year-old man in connection with a recent shooting.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jashanpreet Singh after he allegedly shot at multiple people in South Windsor on December 9, 2024.

One person was hit in the leg while the rest of the group were uninjured.

Singh is charged with attempted murder, discharging a firearm with the intent to endanger life, occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm, and uttering death threats.

He is believed to be living in Brampton. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 519-255-6700 ext. 4830 or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477 (TIPS).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
