Police say 27-year-old Rupinder Kaur was last seen at around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Ouellette Avenue and Chatham Street in the downtown core.
There is concern for her well-being.
Kaur was last seen wearing a red toque, a navy blue jacket, black pants, black shoes, and carrying a Champion brand backpack.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call Windsor police at (519) 258-6111.
