LaSalle, Lakeshore to ring in 2025 with fireworks

Families will be able to usher out 2024 with a bang in two Windsor-Essex communities.

The Town of LaSalle and the Municipality of Lakeshore have each invited the public to help ring in 2025 with family-friendly fireworks shows on Tuesday, New Year's Eve.

LaSalle will hold its display at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex.

Revelers will be allowed to park their vehicles in the multiple public lots around the complex, with the Town asking people to be in place no later than 7:15 p.m. Parking on the grass, road, or shoulder is not allowed, and police will ticket violators.

Showtime is at 7:30 p.m. The fireworks will be set off beyond the outdoor pavilion near the splash pad.

Lakeshore will again hold its New Year's Eve fireworks display at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre on Renaud Line Road in Belle River.

Fireworks fans are urged to arrive early and park around the complex for a 6:30 p.m. start.

The Municipality reminds residents that the Atlas Tube Centre will not be open to the public.
