OPP lay voyeurism, trespassing charges

The Ontario Provincial Police laid charges in a suspicious person investigation in Leamington this week.

Just before midnight Sunday, a resident on Deer Run Road called the police about a suspicious individual on their property.

Officers arrived and arrested and charged a 42-year-old Leamington person with voyeurism, trespassing at night, and public mischief.

The charges have not been proven in court.

The Essex County OPP Crime Unit continues the investigation as they believe there could be additional victims.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
