Prowler suspect arrested

Windsor police have arrested a man connected to a Christmas Day prowler investigation.

The investigation started after police arrived at a home on Rankin Avenue between Wyandotte Street West and University Avenue around 3:30 p.m., where a man peered in a window where a victim was changing.

On January 4, police arrested a 33-year-old on Walker Road. Officers also recovered a vehicle the suspect had allegedly stolen following the incident.

The suspect is charged with harassment, voyeurism, mischief, and theft of a motor vehicle.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
