Erie Shores Healthcare plans for growth

Erie Shores Healthcare unveiled its new long-term strategic plan to expand services in the region.

The plan also highlights the hospital's other long-term goals; enhancing patient care and strengthening regional healthcare partnerships.

“This plan is an essential step in shaping the future of healthcare for our community,” said Kristin Kennedy, President and CEO of Erie Shores HealthCare. “It is a living document that will evolve as we move forward, with all staff playing a key role in developing the work plans that will bring these strategic priorities to life.”

The plan also identifies four major priorities aimed at recruiting and retaining the best staff, growing sustainably, providing inclusive care, and collaborating with the regional health system.
