Repeat offender arrested for violating bail conditions

A man serving a conditional sentence for break and enter, theft of a vehicle and dangerous driving was arrested this week for violating his bail conditions.

The 43-year-old was first convicted in November 2023.

In November 2024, he was arrested on multiple charges of break and enter, theft, dangerous driving and possession of stolen property.

Windsor police say he was later released on house arrest.

Bail compliance officers started an investigation and determined the man had allegedly breached his bail conditions.

He was arrested again this week with the help of the Ontario Provincial Police. He was charged with failure to comply with a release order.
