UPDATE: Windsor police conclude investigation of alleged threatening behaviour

Windsor police say they have ended an active investigation into a report of someone threatening people in a south-end neighbourhood. 

Police said the man was in the area of Liberty Street and Rankin Avenue on Thursday afternoon, threatening people with violence.

He was last seen heading eastbound on Liberty toward Curry Avenue.

Police reported on social media at around 4 p.m. that the investigation was concluded, but did not provide further details.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
