Spraying in Little River Corridor starts soon

If you're allergic to herbicides, you might want to avoid the Little River Corridor for a few weeks.

The City of Windsor said a contractor will spray herbicide in the park to control wild parsnip. It's a noxious weed and it's exempt from the Parks Department's cosmetic pesticide ban.

The work will start on April 30 along the Ganatchio Trail System in the Little River Corridor, and wrap up on May 23.
