Windsor police investigate series of armed robberies

The Windsor Police Service is looking for a man in connection to a number of armed robberies at convenience stores.

Police said between April 15 to April 27 the suspect entered five convenience stores throughout the city.

He allegedly threatened employees with a weapon and stole cash and items.

No physical injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as white, approximately 6'0" and a slender build.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
