Police looking for man wanted for alleged assault in Windsor

Windsor police are asking the public for help finding a man wanted for an alleged assault.

At around 2 p.m. on Friday, officers were called to Patricia Road.

There they found a man suffering from injuries to his face. The man was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

He told officers he got into a verbal fight with another man for allegedly stealing from the Duty Free Shop. The suspect reportedly threatened the man, punched him in the face, and then fled the scene.

The suspect is described as white and between the ages of 20 and 25. He was wearing dark green sweatpants, a blue Nike sweater, a black puffer jacket, a black hat, sunglasses, and neon green shoes. He was also carrying a yellow reusable shopping bag.
