Another raid at downtown dispensary

Windsor police seized nearly $30,000 of illegal drugs during another raid at a downtown dispensary.

Police searched the store on Ouellette Avenue around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

They seized 217 bags of dried psilocybin, 94 containers of psilocybin tablets, 55 psilocybin chocolate bars, 36 packages of psilocybin gummy bears, 6 dimethyltryptamine (DMT) vapes, 6 containers of dried psilocybin, and $600 cash.

The 33-year-old employee who was on the scene at the time was charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
