Two suspects wanted in retail thefts totaling over $11K

Windsor police have asked residents for help identifying two men suspected of being involved in a series of shoplifting incidents.

Investigators say over $11,000 in merchandise was pilfered over six weeks at three Windsor businesses.

On March 16, police say the suspects hit two pharmacies, stealing about $9,000 worth of cosmetics. They collected the merchandise from the shelves and left the store without paying.

On April 29, about $2,000 worth of clothing was taken from a business in the Devonshire Mall area. The suspects then fled the scene in a dark-coloured 2008 GMC Acadia.

Police have released surveillance camera images of the two suspects.

Anyone who can identify the suspects, or provide additional information, should call Windsor police's Retail Theft Unit at (519) 255-6700, ext. 4000. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
