The Town of Essex has asked residents and business owners for their feelings on public transit.
An online survey is available for people to provide input.
Mayor Sherry Bondy said the survey is important for gathering the community's thoughts on current transit needs and any future growth.
"We want to hear directly from people living, visiting, and working in Essex Centre, Harrow, Colchester, and McGregor," said Bondy. "Your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us build a public transit system that truly reflects the needs of our community."
The survey is open through August 1 and is available on the Town's official website.
The Town has also offered, as an incentive to participate, an option for residents to enter a draw for Essex BIA Bucks, which can be used at local businesses.
