Ottawa Street fire causes $75K in damages

Windsor Fire and Rescue Services are still investigating the cause of a fire on Ottawa Street on Thursday morning.

The fire displaced eight people from five residential units. No injuries were reported.

The fire caused around $75,000 in damages.

Arson has not been ruled out as the cause of the fire.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
