OPP remind drivers traffic will increase in Leamington this weekend

It's Hogs for Hospice in Leamington this weekend and the Ontario Provincial Police remind drivers there will be some road closures, an increase in traffic, and delays.

Thousands of motorcyclists are expected to attend the three-day Hogs for Hospice Motorcycle Rally.

Seacliff Drive between Erie Street South and Sherk Street, and Forest Avenue will close at 2 p.m. on Friday and remain closed until 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Drivers are urged to be patient and extra vigilant by checking their blind spots and mirrors for motorcyclists.

The OPP will maintain a highly visible presence throughout the weekend.

There's also enhanced security entering the concert area this year. Those who go will have to go through metal detectors and bags will be searched.
