Peel Regional Police arrest man wanted in Windsor shooting

A man wanted in connection to a Windsor shooting in December 2024 has been arrested.

Jashanpreet Singh was arrested by Peel Regional Police on Friday, August 8.

An arrest warrant was issued in December after police said he allegedly shot at multiple people in south Windsor with one person shot in the leg.

Singh has been returned to Windsor and is charged with attempted murder, discharging a firearm with the intent to endanger life , occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm and uttering death threats.
