Update: Ruthven roads reopen after crash takes out hydro pole

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a road in the county is open again following a collision.

Police say the crash took place shortly after 12:30 p.m. on Monday on Union Road at Road 2 East in Ruthven.

Union Road, also known as County Road 45, was closed between County Road 20 and County Road 34. Also, Road 2 East was closed east of Ruthven.

There were no immediate reports of injuries and no further details are available.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
