Serious crash leaves one person with life-threatening injuries

A driver was sent to hospital in life-threatening condition in a crash Friday, August 29.

Windsor police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Tecumseh Road East between Lauzon Road and Forest Glade Drive at 10:30 a.m.

Investigators said when they arrived on the scene a brown SUV and a silver mini van had significant front end damage.

Both drivers were taken to hospital with the driver of the SUV in life threatening condition.

The area was closed for several hours.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
