Kingsville man charged in motorcycle crash

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a 42-year-old Kingsville man after a motorcycle crash on Saturday night.

The crash was just after 11 p.m. on Fairview Avenue West in Essex.

The motorcycle was carrying two passengers. Paramedics took both of them to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver now faces two impaired driving-related charges, which he'll answer to when he appears at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on September 30.

The charges haven't been proven in court.

The Essex County OPP states that it is committed to removing impaired drivers from the road through enforcement and education.

No amount of alcohol or drugs is considered safe for driving.
