Do you know Woodman Sharma? There's a warrant for his arrest

The Windsor Police Service Drugs and Guns Unit has issued an arrest warrant for a 28-year-old suspect in a drug trafficking investigation.

Last month, officers obtained a search warrant to search a home and vehicle on South Pacific Avenue.

Police thought they had their suspect on September 30 when officers spotted the suspect's vehicle at a gas station on Front Road in LaSalle, but when they approached, the driver took off at a high rate of speed.

Police did not pursue, but a short time later searched the home where they found Percocet, oxycodone, $915 in Canadian cash, and $180 in USD. The value of the drugs is $6,700.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 28-year-old Woodman Sharma. He's described as a Middle Eastern man, about 5'3" tall, with a slender build and black hair and facial hair.

He faces drug trafficking and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle charges.
