Father Cullen Baseball Stadium undergoing improvements

Improvements are coming to the Father Cullen Baseball Stadium in Mic Mac Park.

The City of Windsor is removing the backstop and pouring new footings for the netting system. Once the new backstop is ready, crews will restore the field.

The project is expected to be completed by April 2026.

The diamond will remain closed during the work and is fenced off; however, other amenities in Mic Mac Park will be open.

The city received funding to make the improvements through the Jays Care Foundation.
