Home sales in Windsor-Essex continue to trend down.
The Windsor Essex Realtors Association's latest housing report showed there were 6.8 per cent less homes sold in November compared to the same month in 2024.
Overall, home sales are down 2.28 per cent this year.
The average sale price for a residential property last month was $552,391, down 5.62 per cent compared to November 2024.
Market activity also dipped last month. But overall, there's been 12 per cent more properties on the market in 2025 compared to 2024.
