The Ontario Provincial Police continue to pull over drivers for impaired driving in Essex County, with two more charged over the weekend.
OPP officers investigated a traffic complaint around 1:20 a.m. Saturday on Lakeshore Road 113 near County Road 42.
A 28-year-old Essex man was arrested and faces charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired and failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
Six minutes later and on the other end of the county, the OPP stopped a vehicle on Hwy. 3 at Walker Road in Tecumseh.
A 49-year-old Harrow man is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
Both drivers had their licenses suspended for 90 days, while their vehicles were impounded for a week. They will make appearances in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on March 6.
