Road rage suspect added to the Wanted in Windsor list

Windsor police say they've added a man to their "Wanted" list in connection with a road rage incident.

Police say that on August 23, 2024, the suspect, identified as Jehad Alkatan, became upset with another driver on Huron Church Road. During the incident, Alkatan allegedly pulled out an axe and threatened the other driver.

The victim was able to get to a nearby restaurant, but police say Alkatan later approached him in his vehicle and assaulted him repeatedly.

Alkatan is wanted for assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, and assault. His current whereabouts are unknown.

He is described as 36 years old, of Middle Eastern descent, with an olive complexion and a large build, 6' 4", 260 pounds, with balding brown hair, a full beard, and brown eyes.
